Structural insulated panels (SIPs) are high performance building panels used in floors, walls, and roofs for residential and light commercial buildings. The panels are typically made by sandwiching a core of expanded polystyrene (EPS) insulation between two structural skins of oriented strand board (OSB). SIPs are manufactured under factory controlled conditions and can be custom designed for each home or building. The result is a building system that is extremely strong, energy efficient and cost effective. Building with SIPs will save you time, money and labor.

NailBase Panels

Ideal insulation and nailbase surface for roofing, walls and timber frame with T&G wood decking. Nailbase is made of expanded polystyrene (EPS) rigid foam insulation and one outer layer of OSB. These panels typically come in 4'x8' but can go up to 4'x12'.
